About Rosemary

My Philosophy on Opening Doors and Closing Escrows for You

I promise that any property I represent will get a full and thorough marketing campaign. I work to make certain the only reason a property has not yet sold is because of price, not because of something I did not try.

My goal is to deliver superior service to make certain your property sells in the shortest time possible for the best dollar.

I don’t “sell” a property to a buyer, I “expose” buyers to a property. This is the basic premise of my marketing plan.

Through networking, advertising, and old fashioned hard work, your property will get thousands of marketing exposures in the wide pool of potential buyers

Selling a property is a complex dance of science and art.  From successful pricing strategies, to staging of your property, I’ll do all possible to facilitate a successful transaction.

Great service, diligent follow through, and basic hard work have created a selling system that will leave you feeling satisfied that you hired the best.

Real Estate Experience

My real estate transactions have included:
single family residences from fixer uppers to luxury homes
investment properties from duplexes up to 31 units
probate sales and 1031 tax deferred exchanges.

I conduct market research for each and every transaction.

My negotiation skills are aimed at win-win situations for everyone.

I analyze properties and financial statements and develop successful sales and purchase strategies.

I schedule and coordinate showings and inspections.

My listening skills, needs assessment, and approachability result in successful transactions.

Over the years, I’ve developed working relationships with accountants, contractors, lenders, and escrow officers.

I have handled transactions on every side of the SF Bay, in:  Alameda, Oakland, San Leandro, Rodeo, San Francisco,  San Jose, San Mateo, Redwood City, San Carlos, Santa Rosa, Union City, and Livermore.

Personal Background and Interests

Alameda resident since 1994, and own a 1908 Colonial Revival home

I'm an avid swimmer and enjoy the San Francisco Bay. My swims have included thirtysix swims from  Alcatraz back to San Francisco, most recently on November 26, 2009.

It's about 1.5 miles in water 53* to 60*

It izz  chilly out there, but soooo invigorating!

Donner Lake ( near Tahoe) is another favorite swim--2.7 miles long, usually between 65* and 68*.

In addition, each year I'm a member of a relay swimming team across Lake Tahoe.

I'm a member of the South End Rowing Club in San Francisco.

How does swimming relate to real estate?

I use the same focus, persistence, patience, and cooperation in my real estate work.
My real estate work is like my swimming--I do it independently, but in cooperation with many people.

I work until each transaction is completed and beyond for the benefit of my clients.
